Sonny Days: the Angels Who Attended Wave to Earth's First North American Tour

Wave to Earth embarked on their first tour of North America this August, calling fans from around Canada and the United States, but a certain group of naked cherubs also attended.

What are Sonny Angels?

Sonny Angels are small, cherub figurines created by Toru Soeya, a Japanese toy manufacturer and CEO of Dreams. Soeya created Sonny to provide comfort and healing moments to his lonely companions. Sonny Angels also work as adorable accents in any home.

Who are Wave to Earth?

Wave to Earth is a three-piece indie-rock group based in Seoul, South Korea. The group consists of singer/songwriter/guitarist Daniel Kim, bassist John Cha, and drummer Dongkyu Shin. They were signed by record label WAVY, founded by Korean singer-songwriter Colde, in 2021, though all of their music is written and composed by the group members.

Following their stage at the Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival on August 6, they traveled to Berkeley, California to begin their 20-stop tour of North America.
